Our consultants are able to ensure that all financial requirements are met, together with risk and insurance obligations.  Processes for protection against conflicts of interest, including existing and potential conflicts are an important part of our tender evaluation strategy.



We consider it is important to evaluate the quality of the proposed goods and services in the context of real value for money, together with whole life costs; risk, the capacity of the tenderer to deliver on time, on and within budget, using local labour and suppliers.



We place great importance on the interview and review process, thus ensuring that all the proposed members of the tenderers team are fully cognisant with the work in hand and that design responsibility, contractual liability, programme and prices are understood.  By ensuring that the tenderers’ project team are aware of how the project has been priced, certainty of price and programme can be assured and unnecessary disputes evolving from lack of knowledge can be avoided.
